You will need your own free SAM.gov API key

SAM Submit searches SAM.gov with each subscriber's own SAM.gov API key, so your lookups always run on your own daily allowance. It is free with a SAM.gov account and takes about five minutes to set up.

SAM Submit features

Search opportunities, price the work, build and review your response, then manage awarded delivery and collections in Perform. Reuse your company evidence across CRM, proposals, estimates and contract operations. All application tools require sign-in. AI and outside-API access require a paid plan, invited trial or administrator-granted exception; every paid plan is unlimited.

Reads the whole solicitation

Paid / trial

Enter the Opportunity ID with your own SAM.gov API key. The notice page, description, every attachment and up to ten linked web pages are read, with file names, status and word counts shown.

Your proposal read in full

Paid / trial

Uploads are read up to 1,000,000 characters per file, longer ones part by part, never silently cut. Non-Excel price tables and PDFs are read too.

Solicitation is never proof

Paid / trial

Solicitation documents are only the list of requirements, never evidence that your proposal meets them.

Return to unfinished work

Paid / trial

Respond keeps its working entries, results and uploads. Eligible form entries across the app return when you switch sections, pages or browser tabs, including later-opened panels. Browser drafts belong to the signed-in account, last seven days and clear on sign-out. Passwords, keys and excluded fields are never captured; named saves remain separate.

Notify me when done

Paid / trial

Turn on a browser notice for long checks and proposal generation.
